Welcome to the COVID19-Soutien (support) page!

Our psychological support service, anonymous and free of charge, is done using chat or video-chat according to your needs.

COVID19-Support is an initiative that brings together several volunteer professional psychologists who offer a friendly and non-judgmental space for discussion. COVID19-Soutien aims to help everyone facing the extraordinary situation related to the COVID19 pandemic and the restrictions imposed by the Federal Council on March 16th 2020.

Be you affected closely or from afar, as a family or alone, we are available to listen and accompany you during this time where uncertainty is very present. The confinement situation can be difficult to handle, which is why keeping in contact, even virtually, can be a temporary solution for maintaining a social life which is necessary for everyone’s mental health and wellbeing

To contact one of our psychologists by chat or video chat, click on the orange bubble at the bottom right of your screen.

We are available every day from 1:30pm to 10:30pm.

Sessions with the psychologists last an average of 40 minutes to allow everyone to use this service. This time can, of course, be extended according to each request and the number of people in the chat room.

Multilingual Support

Many psychologists have joined this initiative, which allows us to offer the opportunity to chat in several languages other than French, namely German, English, Italian, Spanish, Arabic and Portuguese. When you get in touch with us, all you have to do is ask to be redirected to a colleague who speaks the language of your choice.
